![]() Returning Lam Esen's Tome to Alkor will net you 5 attribute points to spend and some discounts when shopping in Kurast. Note: You will not get credit for this quest unless you are in the Ruined Temple when Lam Esen's Tome is clicked. What you're looking for is a small pedestal (pictured below) which you'll want to click on to retrieve the tome. The Ruined Temple always spawns in the Kurast Bazaar and Lam Esen's Tome always spawns inside of the Ruined Temple. The only thing you actually have to do for this quest is to go to the Ruined Temple, pick up Lam Esen's Tome and return it to Alkor. You can begin this quest after completing Act 3: Quest 2 Blade of the Old Religion by speaking with Alkor you can also start it whenever you want by picking up Lam Esen's Tome in Ruined Temple. ![]() Once you get the tome, go back to Karyst and Alkor will reward you.Act 3 Quest 4: Lam Esen's Tome - Diablo 2 She is fast, hits hard, and it's always accompanied by her minions, so don't get too reckless and go always well prepared. ![]() The book will be inside the temple with a boss guarding it, a Corrupted Rogue called Sarina the Battlemaid. You can also find another temple in this area called the Disused Fane, once you click the stairs the name of the temple will show up and you'll know if you're in the right place. Don't pay the slightest attention to that, since the temple with the book is always the Ruined Temple in the Kurast Bazaar. ![]() ![]() To get to the Ruined Temple, the game indicates that you must search across the Kurast Bazaar, Upper Kurast and The Kurast Causeway areas. While this is an optional quest, it is highly recommended to do it, since it will award you with five stat points, an always welcome gift.
